My name is Dave Paul. I am employed full time but desire to begin a business in Real Estate Investing. I am interested in wholesaling but fix and flip and even buy and hold are where I want to be in the future. I am starting at ground zero with only a little knowledge of real estate. I have no doubt others have started the same way. I wish all here well in their investing business.
