Post: Assignment Contract Dead in TEXAS? (Under New Law T.R.I.D)???

I heard that doing Assignment of Contract in Texas is no longer legal and it is now being viewed on a Federal Level. Does anybody no of this ???? I have 2 deals under contract and I had planed to Assign them can I legally still do that?If not I can still do Transactional Funding Right? Please help Im in a bind.
