Hello, my name is David, I want to induce myself. I have read the forum and now I am joining. Looks like a lot of great information on this site.  I did attend the Denver meeting  a few years ago and it was very informative. 

I invest in mostly single family homes and have rehab from the ground up. Looking to learn and grow making contact on the discussion board and in the local southwest corner of Missouri.

Ed from Springfield is the one who introduced me to Bigger Pockets.
