It's good to have a realtor but you also should continue to look on your own. We are just getting started ourselves but already found a realtor that we used to purchase our primary residence has not been super helpful possibly because he is in the rental game himself...

Just starting out in Illinois from what we have figured out so far I think setting up an LLC is best and pretty simple. Thoughts?
