@Paul Sian Great! I would be looking anywhere from about 70K - 130k, maybe higher depending on the deal. Thank you for the advice!

I am located in Central Ohio and las looking for some cities with decent rents and lots of multi-family units. And eventually would like to buy larger apartment complexes also. I plan on using a PM, so as long as it's in Ohio it should be fine.(I was checking out Cincinnati but not sure how good it is)

I have been looking at various 4+ unit properties on Loopnet. Particularly I was looking at a 12 unit for around $350k. I was wondering if anyone had experience with Loopnet and knew if some sellers offer seller financing or mostly commercial loans?

Just found out from my realtor that it actually went under contract. Looks like I will be looking for another property. Lol

Thank you for clarifying Matthew Rollo ! Hopefully they will be fine with the 3%. I would think so with it just being taken off the market.

Sam Shueh I assume the seller would. As I would still be acquiring a conventional mortgage.
