Hello,

I am currently assisting a friend look for section 8 rentals in Oakland, CA.

Here are the details:

2-3 bedroom no more than $1900 a month. Looking to move by Jan 29th.

Great rental history, no evictions and great credit. Single mother and 2 sons need to find a place that accepts section 8.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Hello,

So I've been contemplating on real estate schooling. Is it worth it? I really want to get into wholesale investing and eventually flip houses one day but I can't find any program that is worth paying for. Most seem like scams.

Have you heard of Keller Williams or Renatus?

So I've been researching schools to go to for real estate to get my license but I overall want to do wholesaling. Is there any schools or programs you would recommend? I live in the SF Bay Area.

Hello, does anyone know what should generally be included in the contract for the home owner and a contract for the cash investor?

HOLA!

I'm new to this real estate world but I'm sooo ready for these new ventures ahead of me! I am from Oakland, Ca and I know the entire Bay Area from Antioch to San Jose to San Francisco and North Bay! I am the person who works hard at goals that I set and I'm dedicated to complete each task with a happy client as the end result!

I was recently introduced into Reverse Wholesaling by a friend who attended a seminar and I have been intrigued ever since!! I'm ready to begin working and matching the perfect cash investor with the perfect home! I have always had a passion to be a real estate agent since I was a little girl, and I'm finally working toward that goal!

I'm always interested in learning new things and if anyone has tips, ideas, or anything that can help me with this journey I'd appreciate every bit! ???????? NOW LETS MAKE SOME MONEY!!
