@Chris John I appreciate the information greatly I will take that into consideration. As of now I'm wanting to start kinda how Brandon Turner started, secure 1-2 duplexes then scale up as I gain experience. plus the duplexes I am considering are located right in my backyard here in South Carolina.

Hello BP Family. I'm new and still learning and understanding Wholesaling Option Agreements. I have a potential tenant buyer with a credit score of 640....She is wanting a Rent To Own home. I need help with understanding the next steps from here. Do I have her see if she can qualify for FHA Loan and just get an Option to purchase agreement from the seller or what exactly is the next steps?
Any advice would be much appreciated
Hey BP family, I was wondering has anyone used crowdfunding to raise capital and if so how was the process and which platform was used?

What is the best strategy to use to wholesale Turnkey properties?
I was thinking 60 day option Agreement with 20% down of the purchase price...once the contract is executed I would then market the Rental for a down-payment upfront then collect rent from the tenants pay the original seller and pocket the leftovers is this the correct process?

Hello BP family, my wife and I are looking to purchase our first rental. What are the steps to purchasing a turnkey property?
@Sheila Campbell I would invest in valuable assets that could pay off the loans and create a residual source of income.
