Hello I'm very new to this app And New to blogging altogether but I have a few questions and I am in the learning process for a project of this size I am not quite sure where to start with financing but I have an opportunity to acquire 24 individual deeded residential property all in the same town in pa and I'm looking for financing with the highest LTV available because I don't have a lot of cash or assets to secure a conventional loan. so I'm looking for an unconventional or an outside of the box away of doing financing I have a great credit score and have experience in the field due to a few rental properties that I already own . This deel I am inquiring about are basically turn key unites and most of them are already occupied and producing income. The purchase price of the 24 properties is just over 2 million but I am thinking of cutting this project in half and starting with 12 or even 6 units whatever gets the ball rolling hoping to find a lender that looks at the cash flow and the income these properties produce to determine this projects value...... Any recommendations???? Once again this is a learning process for me especially on this level. Trying to keep the message short but there's a lot more details to this deal I'm sure you may all know .... Just looking for advice to be pointed in whichever direction may work
