Post: Big New Construction Project - No Funding

I have found a great location for a commercial building that will cost close to $25 million from buying the property through construction and furnishing the space. I obviously do not have that amount of money to spend or even 5 to 10 percent of that. I hate for this great idea and location to go to waste. Is there such a thing where I could partner up with a company and work for them to get this deal done? I want to do this so bad but I haven't the slightest clue on how to get funding done.

Any comments or help would be appreciated!

Thank you for the reply Darson! I am planning on attending some REI meetings here soon!

I am looking for someone who I can rely on as a mentor and to kind of walk me through the steps of analyzing good deals and how I can acquire them through private equity.

I feel like there are a lot of different opinions and routes I could take based off books and podcasts, but I feel like talking to someone and working through it would be the best way to learn. Is this something that people are willing to do or is this not really heard of?
