Hey, Whats up everyone? My name is Darius Burgan. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. I'm 19 years old and have been researching the real estate business for a while now via internet and a couple weekend seminars, but have yet to do my first transaction. My first goal is to start off with a duplex, slight fix up, and then rent to create a little cash flow to re-invest. Not 100% sure how I'm going to do it yet but that's what I'm here for! I look forward to connecting with you all, learning as much as possible, and have fun doing it!
