Thanks Nathan.  Sounds reasonable.  There are complications, like a VERY small crawl space, that I think will take the price up even higher than $2.25, but it has to be done, and it MUST be done right.

I'm looking at a condo that is a complete mess.  Whoever lived there probably NEVER cleaned.  At the very least there is a small dumpster of junk to remove from the 1,500 ft^2 two story house.  I also noticed a sign of mold in the attic, which makes me think that they were venting the dryer and bathrooms into the attic.  How much does it usually cost to remediate small crawl space attic of mold and mildew?
