hello train I actually  met you at one of al amerys seminars. Glad to get reconnected I'm not so much on the wholesale part of real estate  now I'm going straight to but and flip for larger profits. Wud really appreciate  if you had any leads on hard money lenders. Thanks for reaching out to me.
