What do I do I have a realtor harassing me to speak to the owner he said wholesaling is illegal in California and he lives close to the property I have under contract I hope he doesn’t kick down my for sale posters he got mad over the phone when he said so are you a middle man? And said he has been doing this for 30 years

Hello I’m a wholesaler and I’ve just got a land under contract I have an investor who asked me if I can send him a letter to say what the land is used for called an oem I couldn’t hear it out over the phone May someone please help me clear this out thank you!

@Zenas Lam hey if you’re looking for anything under a 1million I have a land with an amazing view by calabassas and Canoga park all utilities for just 120k neighboring homes is 800k-1.2 million

If you built a home it’ll easily be worth 1million at least let me know it’s 0.48 acres 4 parcels

Hello I just got under contract a hillside land with a view in Canoga park where do I find buyers please is contacting home builders in the area a good idea how about the idea of posting on Craigslist does it still work please any inputs and help would be greatly appreciated I love the bigger pockets community so many amazing people!

I’m saying both rent and price will always go up so go lock up on a fixer upper or get these low interests while the coronavirus is still going on and if you do need land I have that which you can build multi units for cheap with the best location
