Big correction coming to FL for sure, 750- 1k a sq ft is INSANE!'!!!! 1st the condo market will correct as all the condos have to get the balcony/ structure renovations completed, many will fail. This will cause a massive assessment to the owners. Many will not be able to afford it and will dump. Then housing will correct. I receive emails daily with price reductions in my area, so it seems to already be starting,

All the best to everyone

 Agreed!

Hey @Deanna Ardoin, you can go check out Awning.coms estimator. Plug in the address and it will give you some data as well as what others have done around it.

It is free and an easy way to just get a gander at possibilities.

I would also look at the other rentals in the area on AirBNB and VRBO.

 Thank you!

AirDNA is one of the most common ones. You can get some basic info for a given address for free. If you can't find what you're looking for there, I can run it through my account. Feel free to DM.

 Thank you!

We are interested in purchasing a condo near Destin for STR. I know that realtors can pull up the projected gross revenue (annual and monthly) of a property for sale. Anybody know how to do that. I'm not talking about long-term. I know that BP has tools for that.
