Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Clayton.
Purchase price: $118,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Cinder block FSBO house in Clayton, NC sold cheaply, we flipped and rented it!
What was the outcome?
Good cashflow and a house that has already increased 15% in market value.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
Some things are worth spending extra money to not do yourself.
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
Yes, the team that put this together was phenomenal.I was the RE broker, Mike Alberico was the mortgage lender, Vyas Realty Law was closing attorney, but real stand out was Ronnie Moore who fixed the roof. He did such a great job! If anyone in the Raleigh Triangle needs a roof guy Ronnie (252) 375- 2485 is amazing.
