Post: Open Spaces Portfolio Program

Adding some feedback for those following who are still considering Open Spaces.  I signed up for the 3-month program in October and have elected to continue on with their Mastery program at  $500/month.  I knew I wouldn't quite be 'done' in 90 days (especially since my term ended during the holidays) and the Mastery program does provide additional resources so the value is there and I expect to continue for at least 2-3 more months.  I can also say that the program has provided everything I expected/needed and I have been very happy with it overall. Niti and Palak make themselves personally available and answer questions directly, several times/week if not daily.  (And they have "pros" who answer questions even more quickly than that, so you can get questions answered within a few hours max.) This type of 1:1 access to the program leaders was not available in the other programs I looked at, and is why I chose Open Spaces. I have found Niti and Palak to be kind, intelligent, and extremely high-integrity.  I was also able to meet them personally at their conference in December and it validated my online impressions. They are good people. I understand that all of these programs cost more than we'd like but in my case Open Spaces was just what I needed to move further into real estate investing, and I'm so glad I took the plunge.  (And no they don't know I'm writing this!) :-)

Great question, Adriana. I have my initial call with Prime this week and am wondering the same thing. Most of the negative feedback on BBB has to do with their lack of responsiveness, which could be a growing pain issue since they are affiliated with at least several large REI groups that I am aware of, so are presumably overwhelmed with new business right now. However the negative reviews have been consistent for a few years, and still recently, so that is a concern. I would have expected most of the growing pains to be sorted by now. But I've also heard very positive feedback from the group I'm in so it would be great to hear from others as well, especially those with recent experience. I have a friend who is very happy with Anderson so I'll be contacting them as well, although apparently they are more expensive.
