Hello! I am a long term investor in SFR's in the SE Valley area of Phoenix. I am interested in selling 2-3 of my properties. All have excellent tenants in place. I am pivoting into opportunity zone investing. Most of my properties fit the following profile:

single family house

fair market value $550k - $650k

fair market rent ~ $3000-

in good repair and condition

good neighborhoods

I think these properties are most suitable for a buy and hold investor that is looking for something turnkey.

I am not desperate to sell, but can sell 1-2% below market and make the transaction quick and easy.
