Got it that was very helpful ,another question would be what if that area didn't have any comparable property sold with in a decent time frame, also what if there were no simular properties to relate too ,such as lot size or square footage

Thanks another for your advice Lamont, so it doesn't matter the value of the surounding properties in your area? The properties that haven't been sold recently

Hey , I'm a new real-estate investor looking to buy my first BRRRR property ,I think I found a good deal on a property but the only thing is when I calculate all of my cost , I don't feel I'm calculating my ARV the correct way ,so I can't really determine if its a good deal or not ,can someone please give me the best method they feel for calculating your property value after finished or a method on how to determine the property value based on area your looking to invest

Hey ,I'm a new real-estate investor located in the northern California area that is interested in the BRRRR method ,can anyone please help me with any typeof helpful information as to if it is a good idea to hire multiple contractors for my first project or find a good construction company
