What are some of the biggest disruptions and disruptors in the real estate industry now (and in near future)? How does that impact investors, realtors, and other stakeholders?

@Sharad M. Thank you for the great motivational post. The margins on the wholesales seem really high. Is that something specific to the market or the value of the property being high or something else? Could you please maybe mention the margin percentage to give us a better idea of the improvement resulting from the in-house marketing?

Hi all,

I am Rohan(Debarsie Dey). I am a university student studying math and business in Waterloo, ON, CA. I am new to real estate investing and I have set a goal of doing my first deal by January 2019. I have low capital but I am determined to figure it out. Something specific I want to learn more about is cross-border investing in the US.

I want to learn as much as possible and I want to build relationships with  and provide value to as many people as much as possible. I I have some excel and programming skills while I also have spent some time analyzing processes. If you have any problems that you need solving, chances are that I or someone I know can help you.

I wanted to say thanks to BiggerPockets and all of  you forum members because this is an awesome community to learn, network and grow for us beginners. Good wishes to all of you!!!

Sincere thanks,
Rohan

@Dennis Burian thank you for your post.
