Hello everyone,

I am gearing up to purchase my first flip (Pierce County, WA) and my question is, how do I vet hard money lenders? I am getting inundated with hard money loan offers and it's overwhelming. Is a local HM lender better? Does anyone have any preferred HM lenders they like? Thank you!

Hello, Has anyone used this company? William Altbrandt is the contact person and I cannot find anything online regarding the company. Thank you!

@George Despotopoulos

The lot is probably going to cost between 150-175k.

We can easily keep construction costs between 150-200k a sqft.

@Tim S.

I am a licensed GC with 2 partners. One is a master carpenter and the other is also extremely knowledgeable. So we can build faster and cheaper than hiring it out.
