Thank You, everyone that has posted a reply. I liked your input and it was "the pieces of the puzzle" I need to get in place.

I was feeling like the Febreeze commercial. Where Fabreeze is spray into the room, then folks get ushed into the room w/blindfolds on.  The folks senses say it is great, smells great, etc.   Ans then the blinders come off.  Today is a better view of the room.

Not that I feel better about this experience. My son, family &  I am NOT poorer with the blindfolds off.

ThankYou

Anyone have first hand experience w/the Scott Yancey seminars and or the follow up programs that are offered?

What was your experience?

Would You recommend the people and follow up programs for successful investing?

Looking for a valid link to Brandon's

7 years to 7 figure wealth book.  I got it once to begin reading and then MS wanted to restart my computer[that annoys me, when MS butts in].  Now I cannot get the link to open the book link for me to finish it.

Here is what I have been putting in:

www.bigerpockets.com/7yearsto7figurewealth

I get page not found.

solution please.

Post: Becoming a Real Estate Agent?

I am reading all the threads/topics, and replies to reasons people choose to be real estate agents themselves. As this seems to be a topic that has many variables. As a new REI/BP here, although I do attend meetups to learn more about REI, I believed that when you have your team of helpers, having an RE agent would be one of these key people. Thus why still pursue becoming an agent? Does becoming your own agent mean you have less patient skills or is it that social skills are not up to par?

Is it that hard to find an RE agent to be on your team to help both build successful careers? Or are we all going to be RE agents working on our deals?

I hope to be successful as an REI, yet am not feeling great about going through the process to be a RE agent. Is there any stats on successful people are NOT being an agent themselves?

Thanks for feedback on all my questions here.

 Hi Dave,

Do you know if a person buying a property needs to have a business plan? Is a business plan absolutely needed to purchase a commercial property?
