Steve. You might also want to contact the journalist from the NYTimes, Mathew Goldstein. He was the journalist that exposed Patrick Nelson, (and I wouldn't be surprised if Blake and Tonya were involved in this too), for the Skyloft student housing investor money grab in Austin, Texas. This also aired on either Dateline or 60 minutes. If you haven't heard about it, Google NY Times article on Skyloft Texas.

Sorry, but I also don't feel encouraged by the webinar. I feel it was a waste of my time. As soon as Brian said he had not yet received the books and financials, I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. Crew has been defying the judges' orders on this for months and not accepting the results of the arbitration. Crew hasn't even turned over the list of investors to Brian! Without being able to audit the properties, how can they make the statement that "the properties are not at risk and are still profitable?" Until these financials are audited, how do they know what Crew has done?
CP Cincy has been 100% master leased since the start of this mess, and yet the quarterly report says zero dollars on hand, but millions of dollars in retained earnings. How can this be verified without bank statements?

 I can understand the need for a webinar, but too many promises are being made without the backup to substantiate them. We'll see what happens mid-July. Believe me, I want to be encouraged, as I am sure we all do. I believe Brian truly cares about his investors and is doing his best to remedy this situation. Crew needs to get on board, though.

Do we know yet if Brian has received the books/financials from Blake and Tonya for the properties that he is now responsible for?
