The credit bureaus now allow multiple pulls within a certain time period. You will only be counted for one pull and not multiples. It shouldn't be a big deal with regards to your credit.

For Fannie Mae you need to be 2 years from the filing date of a discharged BK... I don't know any way around it at this point.

I publish a lot of articles on my website and in the article directories. I get a ton of organic traffic from google and many visitors. I don't do lead capture for loans or real estate. If I did I bet I would get a lot. I mainly give away information.

I'm just curious what lenders are closing subprime mortgages? I thought most of them went away.

I have done very well with publishing. I have published hundreds of original content articles. I allow real estate professionals to publish on my site with backlinks. If you are interested let me know. I also will write for your website as well if you back link.

Has anyone had success publishing articles on different article websites? Ezine has done well for me. I was wondering if anyone has had success using any others.

I spent years advertising in Homes and Land, to be honest I have much better results on the web by article publishing on various websites like ezine-articles.com.

I have all of my rental's in LLC's. I'm not sure if Credit Suisse still will close in the name of an entity rather than a person. I did one there in the name of a trust as well. That is rare for a lender to do.
