Hello BP,

I'm a new investor in the Worcester county area in Massachusetts and I am planning to purchase my first property within the next year. Right now I am looking to connect with real estate agents, contractors, hard/private money lenders, property managers, and appraisers. I was hoping the BP family would have some recommendations.

Thank you in advance!

I am looking to purchase my first multifamily property in the eastern Massachusetts area (considering other MA areas as well), the BRRRR strategy seems like the best option for me to build my portfolio and I am hoping to connect with a great real estate agent and hard money lender to learn from and further discuss my intentions.
