@Tray Joe No. submitted recertification in Dec

Has anyone received any type of communication yet? I did my recert the end of Dec and has heard nothing! I’ve been emailing and even left several messages for all of the recertification reps

Following @Ferial Alfarran I’m at that point too, no responses from the mhc site or inside my portal.

Your lucky @Stephanie Hernandez it’s ppl like me applied in Oct didnt receive payment until the sat b4 Xmas and I’m STILL waiting on utility payment

@Ferial Alfarran what is that email address? I can’t get a response from the portal, the help page on the mhc site or from the email address on the recert application 

@Danielle Robinson I’m talking about my original application. It went from paid to batched after I submitted recert documents 

@Shanika Sade McDonald I’ve already been paid for my original app. I submitted recert docs last week. Now my status went from Application Paid to Batched. They not responding to emails or in the portal 🤦🏾‍♀️

So my portal went from application Paid to BATCHED. Is this part of the recertification process?? 

@Ferial Alfarran I received the check on 12/18. My status changed to paid today. There still has been no payments to my utility companies. The recertification box popped up today (12/29).
