My brokerage doesn't do property management, so we recommend Rachel Bruno with Re/Max Unlimited to our clients.  She has been handling the property management for several of our clients for over five years.  She has a great team, and they are bilingual.  If you'd like her contact info, PM me; BP rules won't let me post it here.

can u pls provide me with her contact. Thanks a ton :)

any good recommendation for good property management company in South West San Antonio for managing upto 20 units multifamily

I am looking for purchasing a property which has house on it and 10 acres on it. Plan is to rent the house for few years and then later on either add more homes to the property or split the land up into smaller lots. Is there a restriction that does not allow to further split the land up if it was already split once as part of a big land before? What are my options here? Experts Thank you in advance for your suggestions. :)

any program or training available to learn how to use Quickbooks? I am LL and want to manage my own properties

I am thinking of purchasing land from an owner directly which also has a small house on the property. What all do I need to look for if in future I plan to use the extra area to add few homes for rentals. lot is 2 acres.

how do I know what that area is zoned for? owner does not have survey of the land.

did you manage to get one Dave? I am also looking for one.
