Hi Timothy, Yes it would be wise to start over with the eviction. Giving notice again. Notice is suppose to be 7 days, not 3 according to GA law. By law you can't accept funds during dispo process.

We have 20 Lots for Sale for $200k. Comps are normally 30k per lot. Homes in area are selling for $200k +. Dozen of other wholesale and REO properties available.
