Thanks a lot for input guys !! Yeah , I think its an better idea to invest around 220K homes . Im also seeing 220k homes around Raleigh , Greensboro , Durham area but old ones. Will that be a better option ?

Thanks for the input Troy . I'm a new investor , in general hows the growth of home values(surroundings, school district etc) in Clayton NC . I mean 5 years down the line , can I expect the house value to be around 340k . Do you think its a nice option to invest here since it will be my first investment property.

Planning to invest in Clayton NC Rental property , any inputs would be really helpful . Is it a good option ?

I heard the single family homes(new homes) are around 300 k and it would go for rent around 1800-2000$ . Heard it from a friend but it would be great if I can get some insights.
