I need contacts of a landscape contractor (small concrete patio/fencing) and also a general handyman. The property is in the Alamo Ranch area on the far west side. Please share if you know someone good. Thanks in advance.

Hello SA folks. I'm trying to buy an LTR buy and hold SFH property on the far-west side. 5-6 miles west of Alamo Ranch. Upon some analysis with some local friends found that is a desirable area. Can you give some pointers on the area(property appreciation), should competitive rates be rented out sooner? How is the rental market in general at SA? Thanks in advance!
