Thanks everyone for the advise. We have a good tenant who has been with us for 2 years and will be renewing for another year. So, I will just do a single page addendum.

Hi, Need guidance on how you write a lease extension for a single home rental property in Texas. We live in Atlanta. Can someone guide easy way to do it without using help from realtor. Appreciate if you can attach a lease extension form.

Need advise on what to look for as a passive investor to a flag hotel (Thompson Buckhead Atlanta). Here's their projected numbers:

Target IRR: 23%

Target equity: 2.8x

Investment period: 5 years

The hotel is going to be constructed expecting to finish in 2021/2022 in Atlanta buckhead area.

I'm Deepti -

I’m fairly new to real estate investing. Have 3 single family homes rented out in DFW area. While that’s  going well, I’m looking to go more mainstream with investing in Commercial real estate - medical office space, public storage etc.

BP was suggested by a friend and I’m glad to see the abundant resources and network available here.

I Would appreciate suggestions of any REI meet ups/events in greater Atlanta area. I'm really hoping to find some likeminded individuals to network with.
