Post: Wholesaling with a Realtor

Hey all,

I'm looking to wholesale a property that is listed on the MLS however I haven't been able to get in touch with the listing agent. I sent an interest email with the realtor company hoping the listing agent would reach out to me however, now I have a realtor that isn't the listing agent reaching out to me. He knows the property but is not the listing agent.

Would it make sense for me, as a wholesaler, to have him as a buyers agent on the deal? Or, should I instead ask what properties he may have for future business and continue trying to reach the listing agent on the property I'm interested in?

I try to work with listing agents so they can get dual agency on the deal.

Hopefully this makes sense!

Thanks!
