so are you saying the house is not gauranteed to sell at the asking price based off the owner? how can i find out how much i can get the property for?

the propert is a potential shortsale, as the realtor says, however the asking price is $19,000 and can be negotiated, homes in the near by area sell for 90k-109k, it needs work!! it is up the street from the mall, should i invest in this property? rental? or flip?,

im new to this, this is a possible shortsale has been on the market for a longtime now, its in a great location, they are asking 19,000 for it i think its a 3/1 or 2/1 would this be a good ideal for rental or a flip, there are houses in the area for sale also with a listing agent this house as well
