I work over night at Alpla on Heniz rd in Iowa City Monday through Friday off the weekends. In the Iowa City area, I would say Hawkeye Title is the most commonly used title and escrow company. They know this market extremely well.
This market has a lot of homebuyers looking, so prices for some of the normal single family / zero lot / condo purchases for rentals have been tough to come by. I've found the most success this year with some off-market deals or listings where it is rented now. That at least sheds off the traditional home buyers and limits those interested. Properties appreciate well here but not like an Austin, Boise, or other hot markets. I consider it a fairly balanced area where with the right deals you can get a little bit of cashflow plus some very steady moderate appreciation.

I’m living in Iowa City right beside the knnick stadium.im interested in it because it’s cheaper to explore im get the Popstream or Batchleads next month also a local agent has been sending property but I got out bidded twice. What area would you say is hotter or more equity deals are? And What data base or lead generator is worth the investment? Sorry for all the questions but I really wanna learn correctly I appreciate you for responding this is so motivating no lie.
