Good morning BP community!

Any tips and tricks for outsourcing bandit sign placing?!?
does anyone have any job ad templates they’d be willing to share?

What’s your pay structure for sign placers?

Do you provide them with tools?

Please help?

Thanks!

Good evening BP family I'm watching BP podcast episode 142 and Brandon stated when starting out analyze 3 deals a day. My question is there a BP guide or checklist or sheet on analyzing deals? How are you all going about analyzing your deals?

Hello BP family! I'm a licensed Realtor With KW for 15 months and as of late have been getting calls and working with investors. With that being sad I've transition from building my business on the retail sales side to the investing side. I still plan to keep my license but I'd like to run a predominantly investing business. I've realized over the past year that the process and results of investing is more conducive to my goals than retail sales. I got into the real estate industry to create passive income opportunities and for freedom and I believe investing is the way to go. I'm located in Akron Ohio and would like to start by networking and connecting with other investors, contractors, lawyers in my area. I have little financial resources but all the time in the world I believe wholesaling, transitioning into fix and flip then buy and hold is the route I'm going to take. Any tips tricks or suggestions? Thanks!
