In GA I would be looking more into turn-key properties. In FL, I would definitely be interested in rehab projects. My brother is a GC down there who does some great work so it would be right in our wheel house. I'm not too familiar with wholesale being a newbie and all. Would love to learn more!

Hi all,

My name is Demitri. I split my time between SWFL and ATL and love both areas! Unfortunately, the cost to get into the real estate game down in Florida is just way too much for a first timer in my position. I'm super interested in buying my first long-term rental near the Atlanta area with my brother. 

Would love to connect with people nearby, and if anyone has any advice for investing in the area and which specific cities would be the best to invest in. Thanks all!
