@Paula McDonald.

Thank you for your note. At this time, we think wholesaling is the best way for us to start. Still accumulation, processing and digesting. Appreciate you offer to reach out to you and will. :)

This has been a good thread to read. My husband and I just did a 2 day seminar where they were selling continued education for $25K. If it is what they claimed, investing $25k was a no-brainer. The speaker/teacher was very well known and seemed genuine. We followed the logic of the information that she taught and we were really excited. It was the cheesy sales pitches and pressure that you had to buy now or never that didn't just feel right. We opted to digest all we heard and learned before shelling out the money.

I am in no way looking for something for free and completely see the value of investing in tools and strategies of people who know what they are doing but how do you know they are legit?

I just came across BP just a couple of days ago and look forward to taking in all the webinars, discussions and all the tools I can.

Hello:

Interested in doing some wholesaling. My husband and I just finished a seminar- we are very excited but not sure about first steps. I have been reading through some threads and what a great resource you all are.

Look forward to connecting with some of you.
