Wow. I was on the verge of joining the Freedom Mentorship Program, until I simply asked for a copy of the Contract prior to my submitting my Deposit.
All of a sudden I was, " we don't really need your $4,000 I have that in your drawer, and we don't send a contract until you enroll, and if you don't call back it won't matter to me...there are plenty of people that want to work with us in Atlanta, and I can move on to the other person." All because I simply asked for the Contract ?
Im a newbie. Looking for a Mentor to help me be the best Real Estate Investor that I can be.

Bob..thank you for your post. I too have been looked into Freedom and i am fine with 50/50. I need to know specifics and want to see a contract before i pay a deposit to begin. I have my concerns about paying prior to..and i cant find an apprentice to talk with on the Net. I wanna speak to a real person..no people posted on his website. His program appears legit and he presents as genuine . I am a newbie...and would like some guidance...A Mentor.
