@Katie L. The property will be managed in ID by a property management company. My husband and I are the managers of the LLC, but will not be managing it from California if that's what you're referring to. Please clarify.

Hello everyone 

I'm in the process of purchasing a rental property in Idaho I have an Idaho LLC and need to open a bank account but I live in California and they want me to register in California Does anyone have any suggestions on which banks I can go through or should I go to to Idaho to open the acct.

@Matthew Baltzell my biggest frustration is where to go to fInd a lender who gives loans to brand new LLC. Using funds borrowed from QRP/solo 401k plan. Any suggestions?
