I have been working in China and South East Asia for the past 12 years, for corporate commercial entities, dealing among other things with commercial real estate (mostly restaurant, food retail and hotels). I have also dealt with a small fund investing in residential real estate in US, China, France, Spain and the UK. I have recently moved to California, and got recently licensed as a real estate salesperson. I am now interested in connecting with the real estate community, realtors, investors, house flippers, commercial investors and realtors.... (mainly in hotel, food retail and multi-family), as I am looking at getting involved and investing in real estate.
