is there anyone that will give me a dscr loan under 100,000 I found a cashcow rent ready for $55,000 for sale by owner. it currently rents for $950.00 and its rented now! This will be my first rental property other than my house hack duplex please help, Thank You
anyone know of private lenders that will do a heloc? i have 30 years in my trade but started my own company 1 year ago and the traditional banks want to see 2 years of self employment. PLEASE HELP

i only found lend to live by alexandria bresh is that the same book?
so I am driving around looking at not-so-nice homes and looking up to see if mortgages are left on the property because I'm looking for seller financing possibilities. the problem is the software i am using does not give me the seller's phone number. Does anyone know any software that provides this information? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

How much have you been able to increase the rents on it since you've owned it? We're seeing a lot of that on our westside Cleveland properties as well. We have a ton of those apartment buildings on Ridge Rd between Biddulph and Denison. When we started buying them in 2013/2014 many of the units were renting for $450-$485/mo. Today those same units, we're getting $900+.
