sorry Steve , first time using blog and I was not clear...we own a house together that we live in currently, her house is being rented out for positive cash flow....the idea would be to invest in purchasing her home through IRA thus eliminating mortgage for better rental cash flow. Se above for mortgage balance details. Thanks

I was going to use my cash in IRA she owes 385,000 house value is 600,000, the idea would be to purchase for 385,000 and continue to rent. Can I buy privately at such a reduced rate or would I have to pay 600,000 with remaining 215,000 going back to her for investment in another rental

does it make sense to buy fiancé home which she is currently renting out which would eliminate mortgage and balance proceeds could be reinvested in another rental unit? Thanks
