@Alyssa Strom Thank you for your reply! It is a bit scary trying to get into a whole new career. Do you have any recommendations on which program I should pick for my Real estate license (there’s so many choices on line, not sure which one to pick)? I would love to find a mentor, someone I can shadow on my and learn as much as I can. Would you have any firms in mind that would be willing let someone shadow them? I’m sorry for so many questions. Thank you for all your help.

Real estate investing is one of the biggest reasons I want to be in real estate. We did buy a house that we live in. I’m working on a basement adding a bathroom and a fourth bedroom, sauna room. Hopefully refinance after I’m done and buy another property. Again thank you for all your advice.

I really want to get my career started in Real Estate. I do have a good job that supports my family but it feels like a job and not a career. I work 4x10’s with three days off and not sure if I can start Real Estate on my days off? Do I need to get my license first or find a firm and go thru them getting my license? I’d really appreciate any feed back. Thanks in advance.

Excited about starting out in real estate. Wondering from people’s experience if it’s beneficial for me to get a real estate license? I have a full time job that supports the family now. Wondering what peoples thoughts are?

Thanks in advance.
