Okay cool, I was looking at them.  They require a minimum balance of $5,000 a month right? @Brandon Richards

Hello,

I am just starting up a wholesaling LLC and was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for a good business checking account to use. I live in Dallas, Texas. What banks are most efficient, what sort of fees, minimum balances etc.. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you,

Denny Thurston

@Robin Wilk when contacting a realtor I have heard they may not do it in a timely manner just because it isn't in their best interest, but maybe I'm wrong?  As far as recent sales myself, what tools would you recommend to use for that information?  Thank you!

I looked at a couple properties this weekend that I am planning to wholesale.  But I am not a licensed realtor, so what are my options for getting comps on these properties?  I am brand new to the industry in the Dallas Fort worth area.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Denny Thurtson

Hello everyone, my name is Denny Thurston and I am just getting started on my real estate venture.  I moved from Florida a year ago to Denton, Texas and have been loving it.  I have been in car sales and RV sales for the last two years, have had great experiences, and learned a lot of tools that will help me throughout the rest of my life.  Sales industry has been great for me, it has had its ups and downs, but it has taught me a lot about communication, negotiation, building rapport, and life in general.  But, I see more potential in myself, bigger and better goals, more fulfillment, and I think Real Estate is the tool and the road that will take me to where I want to be in life. So I am very excited to get my Real Estate career going here in the DFW area, strive to achieve my life goals, travel the world, have a passive income, and meet some amazing people along the way.

I am going to start in the wholesale field of Real Estate. I am brand new to this, but have studied a lot, listened to a lot of podcasts, read books, and fortunately have some friends back in Florida that are willing to help me learn as I go.  This website and forum have been a great help to me already, and imagine it will be a very handy tool throughout my journey.  So thank you in advance to everyone who is apart of this, the creators, and everyone who is willing to lend a hand to help others that are less experienced. Any helpful tips, insight or connections will definitely be much appreciated.

Best regards,

Denny Thurston
