Hello :) My husband Jim is a contractor, has his own small business (remodels, custom decks/fences, basements) , and I work full time for a city. We have wanted for years to get into flipping houses but did not know just HOW to. I have been especially anxious lately to make a move to do this since I am the only one with a retirement (he,self employed, no retirement YET). We went to the "Flipping Formula" seminar and it made great sense to us, so we signed up for the 3 day bootcamp this weekend. I found this site after we signed up, and have read many people's opinions on how it really is not necessary to spend the $2k to learn (and be mentored they promise), but I feel this "intense" training is what we need, especially for hubby as he's not much of a reader, but a great listener :) I'm very excited to begin this journey, and with his skills/experience and able to do most of the work himself, and my eye for a good deal we are putting our faith all in!

Looking forward to learning a lot here!! Would love to hear from those that have made good/decent $ from the flipping formula guru's! I see lots and lots of praise from those that have joined, but those that have made $$ I have not heard from. I know they're out there! :)
