I think im starting to get this now. The only time the title company/lawyers will be involved is when it’s time close right? Like if the tenant decides to exercise his option to buy?

So lets say me and seller agree on terms and i get the property under contract. Then i just start looking for a tenant-buyer right? Or do we have to make anything official with a lawyer/title company?

Lets say me and Seller agree on terms and we get the property under contract for a lease option to purchase. What are the closing costs involved?

So lets say I get a property under contract to purchase subject to the existing mortgage. What are the closing costs involved on a deal like this?

Obviously no realtor 6% commission but thats about all i know lol

@Lynnette E.

So if you were my Trustee, i’d just email you the trust agreement, you sign it then email it back? Then i can close the deal without you physically at closing?
