hi Darius i am a commercial mortgage loan officer and i submit loans for underwriting in all 50 states. let me know what you need.
i am a commercial mortgage loan originator who works with many private lenders. i am not sure if any provide lending based only on equity. i do know if you have at least a 650 FICO and can show at least 20-30% liquidity in the deal, then i can get you 10% interest only JV deal.
would be interested learning more about this deal.

ok thats great...so one of buyers is also an expert wholesaler. he just called me and told me that he has the property sold to his buyer for more than im asking as well...so if i went with his offer, would i just add the fees together and include both of our assignment fees in the contract ? i think you answered this question already.. just want to confirm..
