My question is if the could the park manager still let me buy and hold/broker deals even tho the company shes under doesn't allow investors ? Again one park manager told me it was ok i went to another park under the same company and she told me that area/city doesn’t allow investors and u will have to live in the home. I dont want to get tricked in to buying a home i cant resale should i move forward with the deal or should i back out ?

Homes that are owned by the individual. But she also showed me park owned homes as well. I just want to make sure i wont be tricked into a home and have to hold it and not be able to resale .
