Hi all, I am selling a property and am wondering if anyone can explain a hold harmless agreement that my broker has requested (it accompanies the listing agreement).  I am always on the acquisition side.  Please advise, thanks.

My name is Derek Diaz and would like to introduce myself.

I am a vertical and horizontal developer and builder since 1994. I live in Beaumont, Texas and I am originally from Detroit Michigan (metro). I have been involved with Residential, Multifamily, Commercial, Restaurant and Heavy construction projects. I also specialize in infill and brownfield projects.
