My end goal is to be a wealthy real estate investor, however i need a decent career to get started. So the question is what career should i choose? Should i be a real estate agent, are there any better jobs in real estate i should consider, or should i not choose a career in real estate whatsoever! Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated

We have a five acre property with a very run down trailer on it that is completely destroyed, and we are wondering how much it could be sold as the five acres alone? The property is located in Hernando county florida. Also if it makes a difference it is a corner lot and all the houses around it are $200,000 up it is the only trailer in the area. Thank you for any responses, any advice is welcome
What are the pros and cons of a short sale? So many people seem very afraid of short sales, why is that?
I am 16 years old with a part time job that pays 100 dollars per week, I want to begin investing as soon as possible but don't know where to start, or if it is even possible with my very minimal funding. Any and all advice is much appreciated, thank you.
