@Joshua Adlam I currently manage 2 Apartment buildings in Alberta Canada and I am looking to have the capacity to be able to take on more buildings and hire employees ect, I am looking into registering the management I do into a business with the government and I am wondering if registering as an LLC is best? from what I have seen that is the best umbrella to register under. I am not too worried about learning new property management software tools, I was wondering what other managers are doing out ther!?

thanks

Is it more beneficial to register a management company as an LLC, S-CORP, LTD, SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP? I manage a couple properties in Canada now and I want to branch out and manage more properties, as I am the only one managing said properties what would be the best way to start and what software is best?
